Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hrs notice prior to arrival date. In case of “No Show” or your cancellation is received less than 1 day prior to arrival date, is subject to one night of accommodation.
Deposit
Credit card details of 1 nights accommodation requires as a deposit. If neither of these is received, your room will be released at 5pm if the ETA given is not confirmed prior to this time on your intended day of arrival or alternative arrangements are made. A 3% surcharge will be applied to AMEX Cards.
Check In/ Check Out
Check in time is no earlier than 2 pm and check out time not later than 10am unless otherwise arranged
