Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are given a cancellation number. Cancellations within 48 hours of check in time on intended day of travel and No Shows shall be subject to a charge of one night's accommodation.  A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all changes to bookings and cancellations outside 48 hours.

Deposit

Credit card details or 1 nights accommodation required as a deposit. 
If neither of these is received, your room will be released at 5pm if the ETA given is not confirmed prior to this time on your intended day of arrival or alternative arrangements are made.

Check In / Check Out

Check in time is no earlier than 1pm and check out time not later than 10am unless otherwise arranged.
